GET INVOLVED

Once upon a time… as the world was in crisis, generations came together, grounded by the land, to #ChangeTheStory and regenerate the GTB…

GTB Earth Stewards The Greater Tkaronto Bioregion (GTB) is leading and learning from other bioregions around the planet. A bioregion is our life place – the place we live and that gives us life.

7-Generation GTB is empowering people (generations) IN place (bioregion) to #ChangeTheStory for resilience and regeneration here, across the Great Lakes Basin, and ultimately to Bioregional Earth. It's about both social and ecological regeneration – because everything is connected to everything else, and we're part of all life on a living planet.

You can find out more about our bioregion and 7-Generation GTB.

If you'd like to get involved, we have a new GTB Earth Stewards pathway. We welcome schools (e.g. clubs, classrooms), families and older adults, and interested student leaders.

This intergenerational pathway is designed to help young people gain the knowledge, skills, and relationships they need in a changing world. We offer learning experiences, mentorship, funding to create your own legacy project, and the chance to work toward scholarships by participating in activities.

E-mail Brian Puppa for more information. You can also sign up for the Legacy Project newsletter below to be updated about events, workshops, and more.
